MabelFrank · Profit and Productivity Review
Busy shouldn't mean barely profitable.
Sales are coming in. Your days are full. But too much time disappears into rework, chasing answers and decisions that always come back to you.
Find where time and profit are leaking, and decide what to fix first.

Does this sound familiar?
Where is the money, and your time, going?
You don't need another list of things you should be doing. You need to know which problems deserve your attention first.
- Revenue is growing. Profit isn't keeping pace.
- Work takes longer than you allowed for in the price.
- Customer requests turn into extra work without extra payment.
- Mistakes and unclear handoffs create repeat corrections.
- Your team stays busy, but work still waits for you.
- You finish the week exhausted, with important decisions untouched.
The Profit and Productivity Review connects those everyday frustrations to their business consequences.
What you get
See the leaks. Choose the fixes.
01
A clear findings report
What your records and our interview reveal about the part of your business being reviewed, starting with the answer.
02
Up to five ranked time and profit leaks
The evidence behind each finding, why it matters and the likely cause. Where your records support it, I estimate financial impact or recoverable hours and explain the assumptions.
03
A practical 90-day action plan
Each priority comes with first steps, an accountable person and a measure of progress.
04
Your top three priorities
Know what deserves attention first, based on impact, evidence and the effort required to act.
05
A findings conversation with me
We work through your report in a 60-minute meeting so you understand the recommendations and can decide how to proceed.
Samples use fictional businesses and invented figures.

Who you'll work with
I've lived the decisions behind the numbers.
I'm Voke Boghean, Founder & Principal Advisor of MabelFrank. I have built, run, scaled and exited businesses generating over $1 million in annual revenue in retail distribution, third-party logistics and business consulting.
I know how a business can keep everyone working while leaving the owner questioning the return. My experience as an owner and operator, together with my technology and strategy background, helps me examine how pricing, systems, handoffs and everyday decisions affect the money you keep and the time you spend.

How it works
A focused review with a clear finish.
01
Start with a fit call
In 20 minutes, we discuss your main concern, the records available and whether this review is the right next step.
02
Prepare your information
Complete a one-week owner time log using the template provided. Submit your questionnaire, financial records and agreed supporting files.
03
Walk me through the business
The review begins on an agreed Thursday with a 60-minute owner interview, focused on one revenue stream and one core workflow.
04
Receive your report and plan
Your report arrives by the second Wednesday after kickoff, the day before your Thursday findings meeting.
Allow about three weeks from confirmed booking to your findings meeting, including preparation, provided records arrive on time. We agree actual dates before payment and account for holidays.

Questions
A few questions you may have
Do I need to know where the problem is?
No. Bring the concern you're experiencing. We'll agree a focused area to examine rather than trying to review the whole business at once.
Will you need access to my accounts?
No. The review is based on the reports and agreed records you supply. You never share passwords or banking credentials.
Will you implement the recommendations?
The review gives you the findings and a 90-day plan you can carry out with your team. If you want more support, we'll agree a separate scope and fee.
Are savings guaranteed?
No. Findings depend on the records supplied, and results depend on the changes you make. Estimates include stated assumptions, and released time is reported separately from cash savings.
How is my information handled?
Confidentially. It's used only for your review, and I delete working copies within 90 days of the engagement closing.
What happens after the fit call?
If the review is suitable, you'll receive the engagement agreement and deposit invoice. Your kickoff date is reserved once you accept and pay, and goes ahead once your intake records are complete.
What would change if you knew what to fix first?
Bring the part of your business that feels harder, or less profitable, than it should. We'll use a 20-minute fit call to decide whether this review can help you move forward.
Findings reflect the owner interview and supplied records. This is a focused business diagnostic, not an audit or assurance engagement. Savings and results are not guaranteed.
